Why you need the INTEXT SHEAR

INTEXT SHEARs were engineered specifically for creating texturized haircuts without sacrificing the integrity of the hair.  The patented V-Shaped limits the amount of hair that can be cut at one time, increasing creativity, precision and accuracy.

Continuously opening and closing the INTEXT SHEARs removes some hair while still retaining its length.  This helps to prevent over thinning of the hair while creating layers. Razors, thinning shears and traditional shears have been used for many years as texturizing tools; however, when using these tools, the stylist does not have complete control over the amount of hair being cut.  This can result in "over thinning" of the hair, straight lines left within the hair and damage to the cuticle layer of the hair.  When the INTEXT SHEARs are used in a slow and controlled motion, the hair can be cut gradually.  This helps to maintain it’s integrity.
